One of the basic services offered in our company is the implementation of the order of PCBs. We realize not only the complexity of such activities, but also the cost, so our customers can count on comprehensive assistance in the selection and ordering of PCBs.<\/p>\n

What are PCBs?<\/h2>\n

The abbreviation PCB in English stands for Printed Circuit Board, or printed circuit board. Such products are the basis of most electronic devices. They are made of special insulating materials, on which there are solder fields and electrical connections that allow the mechanical and electrical connection of various components, allowing the creation of complex circuits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In our assortment we have every type of PCB available on the market. We help customers choose the most important components and features to suit the specifics of a particular project.<\/p>\n

The PCB production process itself is fully automatic. Our production facility has a modern and specialized machine park, which has been equipped with as many as three assembly lines – two of them are used for large-scale productions, while one is dedicated exclusively to the creation of prototype series.<\/p>\n

The production of PCBs is carried out by our company.<\/p>\n

The production of PCBs requires great precision, which is why we have invested in a special AOI quality control machine, which takes care of the highest production precision. The device continuously analyzes and indicates possible errors, minimizing the risk of a defective product. In addition, there is also a soldering robot in our plant, which is used for soldering of through-hole components. This type of solution is characterized by the highest efficiency – moreover, it eliminates the risk of human error.<\/p>\n

Designing PCBs – what is the process like?<\/h2>\n

Designing PCBs is now a fully automated process. Our company employs a number of specialized experts who, thanks to many years of experience, are able to help our customers already at the stage of placing an order. Thus, the contractor receives a product fully tailored to the needs and requirements of the project.<\/p>\n

The production of the PCB itself is preceded by a number of important decisions that affect the final shape of the board. The customer, assisted by our specialist, must decide on the material to be used to make the PCB, the thickness, or the number of layers.<\/p>\n

The PCB manufacturing process is a very important step.<\/p>\n

Material of workmanship – what does it affect?<\/h3>\n

Choosing the right tile material is of particular importance. It is the material that affects good insulation and determines the maximum operating temperature. The most commonly used laminates are composite (CEM), glass-epoxy (FR-4) or glass-teflon (PTFE).<\/p>\n

There is a wide range of materials.<\/p>\n

Thickness<\/h3>\n

PCBs are typically divided into three standard thicknesses:<\/p>\n

  • above 1.5 mm – thick boards<\/li>\n
  • less than 0.5 mm<\/li>\n
  • less than 0.2 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Choosing the right thickness affects such parameters as mechanical strength or better heat dissipation properties. It is worth remembering that thicker wafers are also stiffer.<\/p>\n

    Number of layers<\/h3>\n

    In addition to the manufacturing material and the choice of thickness, you should also decide on the number of layers used. They have a major impact on the functionality and performance of the tile, hence they must be tailored to the specifics of the project.<\/p>\n

    Based on the number of layers, we can divide tiles into:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • single-sided – are characterized by the greatest simplicity and the lowest price. They are best suited for projects that do not require too many connections.<\/li>\n
    • Sided.\n
    • two-sided – allow the use of more connections. In this case, the wires are routed on both sides of the board.<\/li>\n
    • multilayer – have the highest number of connections, so they will work best for more complex projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      But keep in mind that the number of layers used significantly affects the price of tile production.<\/p>\n

      Ordering PCBs<\/h2>\n

      After all the most important parameters have been selected, the PCB assembly takes place. The whole process takes place in our plant, where special CNC machine tools take care of drilling the laminate. Then the whole thing is hardened, thus increasing its resistance to mechanical damage, and covered with a layer of tin. The next stage involves etching, i.e. the formation of tracks, and metallization, which ensures permanent connections on multilayer boards. Finally, a descriptive layer is made.<\/p>\n

      The completion of a PCB order always ends with a series of tests that verify that the product works properly and that all connections work in the right way. We carry out a 100% inspection, so you do not have to worry about additional costs associated with the appearance of any irregularities.<\/p>\n

      The PCB orders we carry out meet all standards and are of the highest quality. Our machinery is constantly subjected to new innovations, and a group of specialists watches over the entire process. We will also take care of the final assembly, which includes programming, testing, final assembly, servicing, warehousing, and even general logistics so that our customer can count on the full care of the project.<\/p>\n
